CNC machine tool operation and maintenance procedures
1. 3. After determining that each part is working normally and correctly, the empty vehicle can start the equipment, first run the empty vehicle at low speed for 3-5MIN, check that the parts are running normally and are well lubricated, before the work can be carried out, and it shall not be used beyond the specified range.
4. The workpiece must be firmly clamped, and it is forbidden to tap and clamp on the machine tool.
5. Reasonably adjust the stroke of each part, and the positioning is correct and solid.
6. The reference surface, guide rail and sliding surface of CNC machine tools should pay attention to protection, keep them clean and prevent damage.
